Lead. Serve. Love.

LEAD. SERVE. LOVE. by Gregory E. Lang is described on the front cover as "100 Three-Word Ways to Be Like Jesus." Sound impossible? It's not. I love that it has practical advise for your daily walk such as; "Share with others", "love the unloved" and "Honor your promises"- everyday common sense. It is full of insightful, inspiring and encouraging content. It has become a great addition to my library and one I will share often in the future. What a great gift book this would be for a confirmation, graduation or small intimate wedding gift. This little book has the content of a big book.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from BookSneeze in exchange for an honest review.

The Final Summit

While reading the book I found myself wondering when the author would point the way to Christ. My reccommendation is to read the Time Taveler first then The Final Summit. Both are awesome insightful reads well worth your time.

Out Live Your Life:You Were Made to Make a Difference

In this book, Max Lucado approaches the topic of  "You were made to make a difference." He uses several stories in the first few chapters of the book of Acts. (Acts 1-12) This was an easy read and thought provoking read. I loved the final message calling us into action. When we see those hurting or in need...that's Jesus. When we come across those sick or hungry...that's Jesus. When we love those in need, we are loving Jesus. Once again I came away thanking Lucado for his insight and lessons. What we do DOES make a difference.

The King's Christmas List

This book proved to convey the message of Christmas in a way children could relate. My Grandson loved having the book read to him over and over again. Eldon Johnson did a great job bringing Christ's birthday alive to children. Thanks for the great read!
